“We recently purchased the ESP-5K HL batteries, Solark 30K-3p and necessary racking and accessories from EndurEnergy, and couldn’t be happier with our investment.
  We decided on these systems as a backup power source for our small data center in place of traditional SLA UPS systems, and do not use solar. While we are fairly short lived into the installation, the ESP-5k have exceeded our performance and reliability expectations to this point. We have suffered numerous outages since install, and the batteries have not once hesitated to provide ample output for our data center. Batteries have an extremely low idle loss, and so far we are expecting a long service life, well worth the investment over traditional SLA systems. The only improvement we have recommended would be a more user-friendly and accessible BMS GUI (Perhaps a lightweight WebUI on the batteries themselves, or an API for us to use ourselves).
  The Solark 30k has paired extremely well with the high-output ESP-5kHL batteries, and has similarly been very reliable. It has easily supplemented and sustained power for our data center through multiple short and mid-length outages since install. It has an extremely fast response time, better than even traditional rack UPS’, which has eliminated power-related issues for us and our customers. Equipment wise, this unit has been great. Software wise, we would similarly like to see minor improvements here from Solark, such as local WebUI or API management and monitoring of the unit, and localized event notifications, but Solark still seemingly relies on third parties to monitor the units.
  The third excellent aspect of working with Endur has been the Sales person (Paul, who we can’t speak highly enough about) and support personnel (Ruben especially!) there at every step to support us during procurement, engineering and installation. We are a small company, and never once felt cast aside for larger fish. Paul was attentive to our needs through a bit of shipping lead time, and constantly kept us up to date with order status. We had minimal issues during and post install, but support was there for us and extremely fast/responsive when we did have questions or issues. When our support inquiries shifted from the ESP-5k to the Solark, Endur’s support were very fluent in helping and transferring us over to Solark support when necessary, and ensuring favorable outcome through the process.
